If your work has been accepted for oral presentation or poster you will receive a notification in your email.

All the accepted authors will have a grant that includes:
 

All Inclusive accommodation (November 7th-10th)
Paradisus Cancun-all inclusive- 5 stars hotel,
Fee per person: $1,400 USD

• Shuttle (Airport-Hotel, Hotel-Social Activity-Hotel, Hotel-Airport)

• 4-days/3-nights stay in double shared room

• All meals (additional cost applies for room service and some Royal        Service restaurants/bars)

• Drinks and social activities
• All tips

Air transportation is not included

If you wish to extend your stay, you will need to call the hotel directly.
